Big Fag Press
Big Fag Press is a Sydney-based artist-run printer/publisher named after its main machine, a four-tonne FAG OP-104 offset proofing press.
The press was bought at a liquidation auction in 2005, and has since printed a wide variety of work for local and international artists, designers, and community groups. Clients are encouraged to be present when their job is on the press to gain an insight into the usually opaque printing process, and make on-the-fly changes if necessary.
I am a press co-director along with Diego Bonetto, Lucas Ihlein, and Mickie Quick. In addition to day-to-day printing and prepress work, I am responsible for managing the website and identity design.
